What’s Happening: Every piece is made just for you, tailored to your unique sizing needs. This takes about 2 weeks.

Total Time: Around 4 weeks (2 weeks to make + 2 weeks to deliver).
3. READY TO SHIP 🚀
What’s Happening: Your item is ready to ship right now! If you’re thinking about alterations or customizations, it’ll need a minimum of 3 working days to get those extra touches.
Standard Shipping Time: 10-12 Days (Immediate Shipping if no customizations)
Total Time: 10-12 Days
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as your item is on the move, you will receive an email with your order tracking details.
CAN I ADD CUSTOMIZATIONS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
Please kindly contact us directly through WhatsApp or Email if you would like customizations after you have placed your order. Generally, if your order has not been shipped we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I PLACE AN ORDER FROM MULTIPLE DESIGNERS?
If the order is from multiple orders they may arrive in separate parcels depending on the time it takes to prepare your order. We want to ensure your order is reaches you as soon as possible so we ship as soon as something is ready unless otherwise requested.
